ABOUT LAUREN

My professional career has revolved around customer service, community building, and problem solving. I have worked in nearly every type of restaurant and catering environment, traveled the world demoing products for tech companies, toured with an amazing band, helped independent contractors develop and lead customer service trainings to a wide range of audiences, and I've been lucky enough to work at the best independent movie theatre in the world!

From these experiences, I've learned how to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, co-workers, and friends, and have became skilled at resolving complaints and conflicts promptly and professionally. I love the puzzle of problem solving and am adept at understanding the root of an issue and working to solve it.

My favorite part of any job I've ever held has always been the people I meet and work with.
